First, make sure you’ve set up your presale through your ticketing platform and have the presale access code handy.

To set up a Presale for a single event, toggle on the Presale option and add your presale details including start date/time, end date/time, ticket link, and access code.

To set up Presales for multiple events or a tour, go to Events > Presales and click Create Presale. From there, enter your presale details, and select which events you’d like the presale to apply to.

You can customize the look and feel of your Presale signup page and fan alerts, set a unique code for each event, or opt not to use a code.

Once your events are published on Bandsintown, you can start capturing presale signups through your website and socials using the Widget and Smart Link. When fans click on the Presale button for a show, they’ll be pointed to your presale signup page to opt-in via email or SMS.

Shortly before your presale begins, Bandsintown automatically notifies signups with your ticket link and presale code.

Your fan contacts are yours to keep, engage, and export anytime. You can also re-engage fans with Email Builder and Posts in cities where ticket sales need a boost, based on market-specific performance insights available in the Presales dashboard.
