The Goal

Recognizing the potential of his 2022 tour announcement to put him in the spotlight, Steve Lacy seized the opportunity to grow his Bandsintown following while promoting his tour dates.

The Play

Lacy integrated the Widget on his website and included the Smart Link in his announce messaging, both enabling fans to purchase tickets and driving traffic to his Bandsintown page.

As the tour approached, Lacy further leveraged Bandsintown's tools by launching a Promoted Campaign to announce the addition of singer-songwriter Fousheé to his already sold-out tour dates, calling for fans to follow both artists on Bandsintown to stay updated on future announcements.

The Results

With the deployment of his Widget and Smart Link, Lacy's Bandsintown page received 716.8k visits, generating 63.7k new followers, with 380k clicks on the ticket link and 57k event RSVPs.

The Promoted campaign delivered impressive results, generating 8.5k ticket clicks and attracting 3k new followers to Lacy's Bandsintown page, increasing his potential reach for future announcements.
