Karol G’s team added the Follow button to her website ahead of announcing the Latin American tour leg. As Karol G promoted on socials, fans flocked to her tour page where the Follow button was front and center next to her tour dates. 

 

By simply clicking the Follow button, Karol G’s fans followed her on Bandsintown and opted into her mailing list.

The Results

By adding the Follow button to her site, Karol G collected over 46k unique email addresses in the month of October alone. Of the 172k fans who clicked the Follow button during that time, 27% opted in to her mailing list.
