The Goal

Sabrina Carpenter wanted to make the most of the announcement of her upcoming North American tour, when her team knew her social channels and website would be seeing ain influx of visits from fans.

Sabrina and her team added a custom Widget to her website & deployed her Smart Link along with the tour announcement, creating multiple entry points for both ticket sales and first-party data collection. 

 

Fans were given the opportunity to request shows in their cities and follow Sabrina’s Bandsintown page directly from the Widget, providing additional touchpoints for first-party data capture.

The Results

As a result of her broad and thoughtful implementation of the Widget and Smart Link, Carpenter saw 20,950 new fans opt-in to share their email addresses and phone numbers after the tour announcement in December 2022.
